Let's just say nobody has ever gotten legal on us about a greasy roof. The restaurant is using the famous brochure as fuel. I don't know how it is different than just the same chemical but not foamed but somehow they think it is and think they can prove it.

Are you saying that the cleanings are not Done Well? Hmmmm. If I had a large company like that, I would focus more on how Well the jobs are Done, and less on how my major competitor gets his jobs done. From what I hear they are using this as a major selling point, that the Foam ruins the roof.

Funny thing is they don't really know how the job is Done Well, they just look for a few pictures to prove the job was Done Well. There is absolutely no monitoring of the cleaning process on their part...end result, or manipulation of end result, is all they look for to call it Done Well.

Foam does have effects on the asphalt roofs.

If its maintained on a regular basis, you wouldnt have grease on the roof.

Many use dawn as a foaming agent, does dawn affect the roof? Doubt it, whether you use foam or a pump up the same chemicals are used. Its the caustic that can have an affect on roofs, foam has nothing to do with it.
