Im working up the proposal for a local hospital I just got a monthly contract with for cleaning their loading dock area. Sound like I'll be getting most or all of their work, maint PWing & annual
I have several areas of flatwork and all the concrete throughout the property to give them a price . I'm coming up with pricing ALL OVER THE PLACE becuase some of the work is going to be annual, like the sidewalks and curbing
Other areas are main entrances, helicopter pad and ambulance area that most of these areas they requested a price for cleaning every 2 months and a price annually on some of it. A lot of it is stamped concrete some are painted areas, some are small little areas or clean up is a PITA, or it may get real time consuming if say the helicopter has to land or many ambulances etc etc etc
There are some many different factors to deal with and my pricing seems all over the place. How do some of you deal with this. does it seem stupid to you and possibly to the client that pricing is all over
I will be able to meet with them and explain the PITA factor and sq ft rate compared to curbing linear rates. I was just wondering how other do pricing on stuff like this
