Spots in sealer

Just did this job about a week ago. Looked good when we left. Spots showing up. Water based sealer from sherwin williams. Can it be fixed or strip and reseal. Small patio. Around 400 sq ft.

Doesn't look like over application, maybe a moisture issue. It's always fixable. Future reference use seal n lock or cobble loc to completely avoid the blushing factor.
Sometimes, not allot, you can clean, let completely dry for 48hrs as usual with any Sherwin Williams sealer. And reapply with another coat. More often then not, strip and recoat with recommended sealer.
