Quick Books

Just went to quick books for this year. Love it so far and also use square.
 
I've just started using QB online and sync'd with Jobber. With these 2 programs I can do eveything so quickly.
Invoicing takes about 2 minutes each now through Jobber and allows me to send job photos of before and after to the client as an invoice attachment.
I use QB online for the tax side of things for my accountant, but it's all sent to QB from Jobber so I don't need to enter the details all over again.
I hate paperwork and this was the best solution that I could find that would do everything I wanted it to do.
Love spending limited time on paperwork now and I don't dred doing it because it's so fast!

I've looked hard at Jobber as well. How are you receiving payments? Do you swipe cards in the field at all?

I generally don't accept payments in the field, I just send them an invoice that night and it has all the payment options linked to that......unless it's cash, then I gladly take that at the job site!!

Once I've spent the time in doing the quote (2-5 mins) it then only takes me 30 seconds to send the invoice to them. I attach pics to let them know how good it now looks compared to before.
