Bought a pair of Cougar Paws. The roofs I do are usually steep. They are pricey IMO. I will know soon if they are worth it or not

They are worth it, although they take some getting used to. Just be careful and check the pads daily. Because when they wear out they will be dangerous, change them ahead of time so you don't get hurt.

They are sweet! Most roofs I do are 10/12 pitch and 12/12 pitch. I still hate being on some roofs, but these make a huge difference.

They work better on shingle roofs, but over 1/2 of all roofs we clean are Tile.
They wear out fast, like Zach said.
They do make a big difference, as long as you take care of them.
Most roofs here in Tampa are not very steep, so they are not really needed here.

The first time you wear them it's an odd feeling getting used to that "anti-gravity" feel on a steep roof. Make sure you replace the pads every so often!

+2 on that suggestion, or that "anti gravity" will soon go away, as soon as you slip, fall, then bust your azz!
