This is why we need the education about no off property being the number one goal.
Greg onsite containment exist widely, most major city's are 85 percent compliant on Property size over 5 acre.
Doug found hard to believe also till we spent hours finding the right people in Houston. The pollution enforcement didn't believe it either for apparently over 8 years until we gave them the number of the people in there building and zoning dept.
What's funny is because each private property owner is responsible for there own outfall. Including rain. Most washers do not get this or choose not to, been told for so many years its wrong they actually believe the propaganda.
We have gotten entire city and county's to believe this as well, throw enough Bs in front of them and they soon buy it. Sad costing some there entire business.
Tony we saw this at world if concrete, remember the guy who was throw buckets on the concrete to show it was not slippery? That water absorbed like a sponge.
Scott Stone is correct no off property discharge. Ill also bet Scott argues the ms4 is not the curb and gutter. We are arguing this one in some community's as we speak. Scientist on both sides.
Keep in mind we as washers are not alone on these fights. Power sweeping companies discharge water every day into these gutters, many by city ordinances demanding they use water for health and safety reasons. It's the Law!! If they allow one industry with in reason they have to allow all!!
We are not alone in the fight and the other sides Feeble attempts have only hurt people. Period
