cleaning decks with f 8 and f 18

Im looking to watch any videos of guys using f8 and f18. Im hearing it makes decks shine. Or any advise on woods decks

Not really sure how f8 or f18 are applied but I am sure there must be some instructions. Or you could speak with the distributor. I buy my sodium per carbonate, oxalic acid and sodium hydroxide at a place called, soap goods store. you can by everything much much cheaper that way.

There is a lot of info in this site about how to strip and clean, but decks are not like houses, just SH, soap and water, depends on more factors, it's not just apply stripper and brighten, some stains need one application and some others are a beast to remove.

hey ruben i have a deck with pressure treated wood and the customer has behr solid color DECK STAIN. I NEED TO REMOVE THE STAIN SO THE CUSTOMER CAN GO BACK TO ITS NATURAL COLOR AND USE CLEAR STAIN

best advice I can give you, walk away. It can be done but, for me, it's not worth the effort. Usually people don't want to pay what it cost.

You need to do a test area when it comes to stripping decks especially Behr stains are mostly Acrylic and can be tough to remove.

A friend of mine has been in the painting and construction business for 30 years. When he sees a deck that has been painted or has a solid stain on it...he either advises putting down a new floor and cap rails or walks away. Stripping paint or a solid stain can be a real nightmare (Sunbrite Supply sells a product called severe strip). Paint and solid stains shouldn't be applied on a deck floor or cap rails. Semi trans is usually best for the flat surfaces of a deck. Verticals can be painted or stained with a solid but still a beast to remove latter on if the customer ever wants to change the product. I've never used severe strip but supposedly it works on acrylic paints and other products.
