Hammerhead Surface cleaner making humming noise.

My hammerhead surface cleaner just started making a humming noise. Is this a sign that the bearings are going, or is my spray bar out of balance or bent?

Could easily be either.

More than likely it is the bearings. Try spinning the arm by hand and see if you feel any grinding or play in the arm that was not there before. You may want to pick up a backup swivel if this is somthing you need frequently.

Can't feel anything, but I'm ordering a swivel and a swivel rebuild kit. I'll replace this one when it goes and rebuild it after I install the replacement.
