It's not secret that the guys we have working for us in this industry aren't millionaires. So it always touches my heart to be able to give them a little extra at the end of the year and tell them I appreciate what they do for this company.

That's awesome DJ. Not a lot of companies do that for their employees any more. I remember when I used to work for the man.....last company I worked for I made employee of the year and the owner gave me a check for a $3k Christmas bonus. Everyone else received $500 in cash. Then at tax time he gave me a 1099 on the bonus. Prick! Lol
The next year is when I pulled the trigger and went full time pressure washing. Now I write my own bonuses lol.

I just acquired TWO used reels with dryrot hoses! This will replace one hose, perhaps the other won't be bare for long!

BTW, thanks to any of you who purchased my wife's book! It's been a very exciting two weeks for her!
