I used one this weekend in North Carolina. Cleaned two roofs and an exterior with it. Here is a nice pic of Paul and My worlds meeting up.

I have had my for less than a year now and have had nothing but problems with it. Both pumps have been replaced once. Both pressure switches have been replaced on new pumps. Now after pumping ox on iron stains on streets and sidewalks neither one of the current pumps work and both need replaced again. I Hooked an old delevan fat boy that I had laying around in my garage that I used before I bought this system and it works great. Bought one of the early models then found out the new ones were sold with an accumulator which I had to purchase because the pumps can't handle the back pressure when your on a roof. I am not a roof guy and clean maybe 1 roof every two months its not like the unit gets heavy use if it did I would understand having issues once in a while. Also I am told over the phone with Bill at the powerwash store that I am the only guy that has problems with this setup. To sum it up I have speant more hours either fixing this setup or it not working than I have using it. The time and money I have spent on this system could have bought a whole other system. This has just been my experience with this setup.

Shane while we did have a few issues with the original pumps (with some of the third batch), we worked through them and switched to the ones made by Flojet and have not had any significant issues since. To be honest I have no idea why you are having so many issues I really wish I could figure it out. As Bill said since we have switched to the new pumps you are the only one having this type of issue which is why we are stumped.

Regardless I stand behind what we make and even though the unit is about a year old I will do what I need to to make this right with you. You can send the unit back and I can rebuild the entire unit and replace the pumps at no charge with your choice of Delavans or the Flojets, (or I can send you the pumps for you to replace them). Or you can return the unit and I will give you a refund. I wish I was there so I could determine exactly what is happening but unfortunately I am not and this is really all I can do. I honestly and truly believe that this is a durable, quality product or I would not sell it. You know I am a contractor too so I understand the frustrations of downtime and failures, I would never want that for anyone. Let me know what you want to do.
