I brought it up intentional Chris, do you understand now how regulators get confused?

Do you remember the women in Houston referring to car-wash with passes. Distributors often mix this Federal laws on the pollution off of vehicles and mix this with what we do. Mainly because parking garages will have the same type of pollution.

I agree with the parking garage situation, please do not include this on a shopping center walk. ITS NOT THE SAME THING

It is very important to keep the different types of work separated when talking about them or another Houston issue could happen.
 
This is a major problem in florida no specific BMPS for anything other than fleet wash. FDEP needs to give specific maintenance cleaning BMPS for commen cleaning of "example" concrete with or without soap with or without hot water with visible hydrcarbon staining, curb & gutters. Compliant florida contractors know, most PM's,RM's & other PTB dont. They need to be educated but as of now we have nothing written. Local MS4 & local DEP do not give the same answer. Regards
