Can someone answer me why our company does not show up in any catagory when you serch my area on the PWNA site. We are a member! Do we have to pay more?? I had a customer tell me I was not a member! They looked up all NJ members and we are not there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Almost lost a sale! What do I have to do to get listed?? Did I miss something??

Call pwna. It might be an oversite. They had me listed wrong, and Jackie changed it the same day.

Email them and they should fix it within a couple of days at most. Thats what I just did a few weeks ago and they came thru.

Jackie called our company yesterday to go over what we needed to get listed on the PWNA site. Seems my girls in the office did not send the proper information to Jackie when we signed up. This was our fault not PWNA. Thanks to everyone for the help.

Some people can't get on the list and I can't get off. I called to have them quit sending me bills and they stopped, but the Cleaner Times crap keeps coming and my listing is still on the PWNA thing for NC. I don't want potential customers to think I am affialiated with a group like that.
