I'm Allison Hester, former managing editor of Cleaner Times Magazine ('94-'98, then part-time in '09-'10). I am now working with Steve Stephens, who has owned HydroTech in Raleigh, NC for 30 years, on our new venture, Steve Stephens Consulting. We just published our first book, The Pressure Cleaning Bible: Marketing, and are preparing to launch a new online magazine for contractors, by contractors -- Pressure Cleaning Monthly. We also offer other consulting services for contact cleaners, including writing and graphic design helps (those are my areas).
