Getting logged out when tring to post

I don't know why but I frequently get log out of the BBS when I try to post or just looking at the treads. Is it the site or can I do something to keep this from happening.

Check your cookies and or make sure you are checking the box that says to keep you logged in at sign in.

Outside that I have no clue

I looked for that check box in Explorer under Internet Options but did not find it.

The box is right above your log in information. If you don't have it checked it will boot you off.

It's on the log in screen on PWI. It says KEEP ME LOGGED IN just under the log in area

OK, I hate to say it. But I just am not seeing it. I see a check box that says "Remember Me" which usually means when I come to the site it will automatically log me in. Is this the check box you are refering to?

Actually, I don't even get logged out. I get the following message.

"You do not have permission to perform this action. Please refresh the page and login before trying again."

Then I have to log out and log back in to post.

Mike, that permissions message means there is a function you are trying to use or an area you are trying to access that you don't have permissions for. If a link or button to that option exists and you click it, you will get that notice.

If you can tell us what specifically you were clicking, where you were and what you were trying to do it can be compared to your user group and permission to see if all the settings are correct or not.
