Any staff member can Change a Signature I think.
 
Moderator Log Viewer (page 1/522) | There are 7,818 total log entries.

No changes made to anyone's sig file by someone other than the actual user.
 
There is always the possibility that you did make the change but didn't actually save it - I do that all the time :)
 
Did any one else notice the change?
How long ago did it happen (I only looked at the log for the last 30 days).
