Nice job. Wouldn't it have been a little easier and faster to do with a Surface Cleaner??
I try to almost always use my Surface Cleaners when the opportunity presents itself even on decks. They cut the jobs in Half and what a back saver.

The builder will most likely not care about sealing if it was not in their budget but the owner / PM may have a great interest if you can show them long term savings. (Never hurts to ask.)
Contracts vary but most builders operate on fixed price jobs with change management. Whatever they can save on will go into their pockets on a fixed price job. Change management is the only other way for them to make extra money on the job.
The Job Super. is usually on a budget with contingency and wherever they can save money, a percentage will become theirs in addition to their hourly wage. (Job Super's are usually low payed employees ($13-$16/hr. with incentives.)

We sealed it after we washed it. Rod was in the mood to use the wand rather than the surface cleaner that evening.
We did use the surface cleaner on the kitchen floors (interior) though, had to. The construction crew made a HORRIBLE mess of them, and mopping did no good. He used hot water and the wisper washer and I went behind him with a squeege on a stick and pulled/pushed the water to the drains. What a chore.
Well, gotta scoot.... more later.

p.s. Rod reminded me that he did use the surface cleaner for the outside area to agitate the dirt off the concrete, then used the wand to simply blow off the dirt prior to sealing....
