Kitchen Ehaust Cleaning Franchise // High Profit Business!! - $20000

Im growing like gang busters and there were no KEC rigs for sale on the craigs list adds he posted. But your right, not reccesion proof but resistant.

That is such a scam selling territories. All they can do is protect you from others in their network. I think Mr Fire Safety is Joe Dashalakus, and in my opinion he is taking advantage of the nieve.

Chris Daskalakis is a serial entrepreneur who has pioneered several ventures in the construction, technology and fire prevention fields. Coming from a family of developers, he left college 6 months before graduation to start his own heavy highway construction company, 5 Star Construction, back in 1985. He was bonded for $5 million and successfully bid on public entity & government work throughout the state of New Jersey. “We bid on all kinds of commercial work...all public entity & government, nothing private. We bid on utility jobs, road work, drainage work, and even unusual jobs that had extremely high profits like Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning and fire suppression services for school board entities."

Around this time he met his wife, (Pauline), who was a financial analyst on Wall Street and formed a lifelong marriage and business partnership with her. “It was nice to run my ideas by someone with a financial background and who can ground me when my ideas got out of control,” Chris muses.

Though his construction business was successful and growing, the ideas kept coming a mile a minute. Pauline thought having 3 children would slow him down a little, but to no avail; they just kept coming.

Seeing the need to get cheaper construction material for his construction company, Chris founded the Greek American Contractors Association & Co-Op in NJ in 1994. The Co-Op funneled the buying power of its contractor members to pre selected construction suppliers to be able to obtain incredible prices for construction material as well as procure a rebate back to the Co-Op every time a member purchased construction material. “We were negotiating all kind of incredible deals with suppliers. Phillips Concrete company out of New Brunswick NJ was ecstatic about the business we brought them overnight. In return our members were buying concrete about $20 a yard less than any other NJ contractor. We did the same for steel, bricks, blocks, stone, pipe and other material. This made them very competitive and won them more bids.” Realizing however that there were just a few hundred Greek American contractors in NJ, Chris sold his company and set his goals on a project with a broader scope.

Chris applied the same buying group concept and skills to found the United Greek American Telephone Association & Co-Op. He negotiated with a large telecom company, LDI, to give him very low rates to call Greece. Then through TV and radio ads on Greek media, he successfully united over 100,000 Greek Americans throughout the US into a large long distance buying group which afforded the lowest prices for calling long distance to Greece. “Back then AT&T, MCI and Sprint were charging $1.20/ minute to call Greece, and we were selling it at 55 cents per minute. At one point we couldn’t keep up with answering the phones, bringing in over $40,000 a month in residual income.” Chris said.

Chris & Pauline ran this business from home while the children were young. “Back then we lived in a small apt, and had employees in our apt. on the 1st floor, so it was common for them to run upstairs and ask me questions while I was breastfeeding the babies. We were like one big family in those days!!,” reminisces Pauline. Then in 1998 the telecommunications market plummeted and overnight prices dropped to 35 cents a minute to Greece. "It took our company 1 year to recoup and find another carrier as the prices continued to drop. Today, we are still selling long distance to Greece cheaper then the big 3, but it’s now only 3.9 cents a minute!"

While the telecommunications industry was continuing to dwindle, Chris was optimistic and perpetually seeking new opportunities. “I believe that opportunities are always among us…all we have to do is be creative enough to see them first before everyone else does” says Chris.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In 1998 he took advantage of the .com boom,
by seeing a great need in developing www.BidstreetUSA.com, a sophisticated program that automatically sends construction project leads to contractor subscribers on their pagers and computers.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

“This was high tech in the days when contractors received their job leads from a weekly newspaper style publication being mailed to them. To be able to get jobs within a minute of us receiving notice of them was very cutting edge.” said Chris.

This received much acclaim from the venture capital community and Chris had several Venture Capital companies competing for the business; wanting to put $10 Million with the goal of taking the company public in 2 years. Unfortunately, he learned the hard lesson of precise timing when the dot com boom went bust in April of 1999 and investors couldn’t pull out of their .com investments fast enough. His tenacity and tolerance for disappointment is huge; nothing gets him down. “Failure is just a stepping stone to success,” he would say. “Just one more lesson learned. Now I know what not to do next time!”

He moved to Florida in 2001 and went back to his construction roots by forming the Elite Group, www.EliteGroup.bz, a one stop shop to developers, offering project management services, and negotiating jobs for large General Contractors in the Florida market. Elite Group charged a $60,000 a year retainer fee to the client plus a commission for projects awarded. Chris had built a niche business by marrying together big developers that built projects $10M to $100M together with big FL general contractors like, WG Mills, ContraVest, and Harbco, who would negotiate the projects instead of putting them out as competitive bids. This method afforded the developer the lowest price for his project while selecting the best contractor for the job. The company was doing real well bringing about $1M a year in consulting fees. “We bought nothing and we sold nothing! We simply brought people together and got paid for it…It was one of the best businesses I had”, said Chris. Nothing could hurt the Elite Group… unless the market slowed down…and unfortunately, it did. In addition to that, Chris had a key employee steal his concept and large clients and competed against him! “It was then that I learned the importance of very strict Confidentiality & Non Circumvention Agreements…now I make everybody sign them”, says Chris.

With the construction industry slowdown and Elite Group struggling, Chris looked for an industry that is recession proof and a service that is mandated by law that no business can get around its necessity. Chris remembered the high profit margins that his kitchen exhaust hood cleaning and fire extinguisher business yielded years ago, and how it was government mandated. In January 2008 Chris launched Mr. Fire Safety, LLC, in the state of Florida, as a franchisable business model. Mr. Fire Safety sells territories and teaches others on offering Commercial Kitchen Exhaust System Cleaning to restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals and soon Fire Extinguisher services that are needed by every business in the USA and worldwide. Currently there are no nationally recognized brand name companies offering fire prevention & fire suppression services in the entire USA.

In just 8 short months of opening its doors, and on a shoe string budget, Chris sold over 29 territories in 9 states. The new distributors love their new business and gave great testimonials on how much they love the business and how well they are doing in such a short time. With most franchises it takes 1-2 years to recoup their initial investment , where with Mr. Fire Safety it takes usually 3-6 months. We are now receiving requests from people asking for territories throughout the USA and throughout the world. The company is growing by leaps and bounds…we outgrew our training facility and had to double our space in 2 months. “It’s such an attractive alternative when so many people are getting laid off and tired of the instability of the corporate ladder. They love the idea of starting their own lucrative business and being masters of their own destiny. It took off immediately with a wildly successful start.” We never expected this, but we are now #1 on Yahoo and Google under “Restaurant Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning” and “Exhaust Hood Cleaning”. This is important for our franchisees because when a restaurant owner searches the Internet, we want to be the first to get his business.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Knowing the importance of timing, Chris is currently kicking
Mr. Fire Safety up a notch by in order to be the first to build a nationally recognized brand as the nation’s #1 Fire Prevention and Fire Suppression service company.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

He sells the rights to the entire state to the Master Area Developer, which then assist us in selling franchises in that state. The model he proposes shows that a typical $100,000 investment could yield about 7 to 12 times the initial investment over a 15 year period that the territory is leased. "Another unique advantage is that our Area Developers don’t have to wait a year to see his return, they get returns paid right off the top as units are sold each month." That’s something you never see in the investment world. Now that’s looking out for your investor!

Chris is a consummate risk taker, a serial entrepreneur who just doesn’t give up and ultimately uncovers rare opportunities that exist all around us. So this measured man with his measured days flirts with the fast lane and financial exposure about as often as most people buy a new car. What keeps him going? “I love inventing ideas and concepts that have never been done before and to make a difference in people’s lives, whether it’s saving them money through the resources of a buying group, or giving them an opportunity to be their own boss and make a great living for their families in this unstable economy.”

We can't argue with that. Chris currently lives near Orlando, Florida with his beautiful wife, Pauline and 3 daughters.

LOL, yeah I just seen one of those ads, what a scam.

Here is a test has anybody in this industry ever seen anyone who has done this course or ever seen Mr Firesafety's work? You would think someone...anyone who has ever worked with or for this group would post something about it.....
