I blocked out the name of the company, but left the date to show that it had just been "cleaned"..

If anybody thinks I have it out for this company, they would be wrong. It would be my hopes that this company would change their ways and put out good work on a regular basis. There is enough business to go around....

I guess all certified kitchen exhaust cleaners are not created equal, this guy at least gave it a shot.

I'm not as brave as Ant so I will leave the sticker out.
