No one hurt in small fire on roof of Naperville restaurant
No one was injured when a small fire broke out early this afternoon on the roof of the Indian Harvest restaurant at 796 Royal St. George Drive in Naperville.
According to Naperville Fire Department officials on the scene, a little after 1 p.m. a fire started in the exhaust system on the roof of the restaurant. The fire never went inside of the building, and was put out quickly.
The owners escorted all the diners out, and no one was hurt.
The area of the roof around the exhaust system is basically intact, fire officials said. The restaurant won’t be allowed to reopen until the system is fixed.
