Fire damages Lanham restaurant
A fire damaged a Lanham restaurant early Saturday morning.
The blaze broke out at about 12:45 a.m. at the Atlantic Seafood Market, located at 8333 Annapolis Road, according to Prince George's County fire and emergency services.
It took about 30 minutes for firefighters to extinguish the blaze. The fire department said the fire started in the restaurant's exhaust system and spread to the roof.
Losses were still being calculated late Saturday morning. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
