I know....

This was a post from another board from a while ago. Its regarding our usage of VIPER and how we soap. We get about 1500 units out of each drum before we need to order. We use it at a 20-1 ratio, about 70% brushless. This person is skeptical but proves my point in dollars.......

".........i just get tired of these chemical people trying to bs people on these crazy claims i have been around this long enough to know when a post of 1800 piece out of 1 drum of soap that would be 14400 in money if only 8 dollars a piece. It Aint gonna happen he was putting it on with a surflow pump running out that top hose which will strech it but 1800 pieces wow."

Well, thats exactly how we soap a truck. We use Shurflo pumps hooked into one gun, down stream acid at the tip. We wash 800 units per week. Very little, if any complaints. Plus, we just added 4 accounts last week. Heck, I only have 4 trucks and 4 operaters. I have one guy that washes about 250 units each week and makes very good money. I used to have 8 guys.....

Its not rocket science. I dont have any fancy "system", no hot water, just quality chemicals that never bleed off the truck. It maximizes dweel time, which maximizes the dirt / grime getting released from the truck. I used to use hot water, pressure soap but it didnt work for me. Plus, this "system" is easily fixed by my guys on the job or they can run to Home Depot for parts, fittings. We dont have any suppliers open on the weekend and things do break.

Our chemicals arent for everyone. Some will like them, some will say there ok but they work for us and they may work for you. Im not a chemical sales guy trying to stretch the truth. I'm just telling it like it is. This is how we do it.
