A fire Sunday afternoon razed Bandar Djakarta seafood restaurant in Ancol, North Jakarta. There were no immediate reports of injuries.

The fire, which started at 5:30 p.m. when visitors gathered to break their fast, was extinguished 30 minutes later. The fire was allegedly sparked by a stove in the kitchen of the restaurant, Antara state news agency reported.

Aam, a member of the restaurant staff, said the restaurant would be closed because of the incident and they would have to cancel customers’ reservations.

“The management of the restaurant is meeting to decide on further action,” Aam said.
