Welcome Back Tracy, Please explain your not with Sunbrite if you could. I do not want anyone mis-understanding this thread. Your welcome here as a vendor an long standing member of PWI. In fairness to all I just think a re-intro post is needed.

As everyone knows, life changes with time and mine is no exception. I had a good run in my employment with Sun Brite Supply but many things have changed for me. I got engaged and have started a life with a wonderful woman. With that change, came a change in residence which had me commuting about an hour one-way. That was do-able, but as gas prices rose, that became more and more costly. So I was starting to look at the possibilty of changing how all that worked. Some offers were available to me though I had grown an affection for this industry and let's face it, it was something I knew and knew well. I tried to stick it out and deal with the current situation, but life just seemed very "jumbled" and rather disorganized. At the same time there were some issues at the current job that all pointed me to a new direction for myself. Durning this time of uncertainty, my fiancee had created a mock site that was in preparation for "the worst" and was practice as she continued to develop her web-building skills. During this same time, and unknown to me, she actually set-up the legal side of the business and at one point presented it to me and pitched her business plan that she developed in conjunction with the Small Business Development Center associated with the University of Georgia. This plan made it clear to me how I could continue to serve the customers I had been serving for well over ten years with a service commitment I could maintain with products the industry could use. I tried one last time to stay where I was - as having to build from scratch again, a business I had already worked to build, didn't seem all that great. The pro's out-weighed the con's so after giving a sufficient notice and finishing that out, I made the switch and now am happy to say I work for North American Pressure Wash Outlet! It was a bitter-sweet decision though I had made so many contacts in this industry I knew the time was right. I can assure you I am a honest, hard-working individual that has my customers and their needs as first priority. I will always do my best to provide the highest level of service and communication to anyone I am doing business with. I welcome all to contact me regarding anything I can assist with and hope everyone will give me and NAPWO the chance to prove how commited we are to providing an unmatch customer experience!
