There are numerous, numerous, numerous scams out there offering SEO and most of them are weak, do not work or are black hat (will get you permanently banned from Google and Yahoo for a short time on the first page) so be warned.
There is a great post in the other forum here about SEO by Lou Zehender, read it and start implementing it, it really will help your website and those are a lot of things that you can do yourself.
Those scams are along the lines of the "internet directories" that you have to pay like $300.00 and more per year or google and yahoo will not find you. Scare and suck tactics!
Keep doing what you are doing, read the post by Lou and start doing those things and you will start to see your site go up in rank in a few weeks or months, it takes some time if you do it right, honestly and legally.
