Very Impressive Dj, I like the Competitor Board. You have a real professional Set up and lots of room to grow. I expect you will double the sales next year.

Back 96 I moved from my home to my first shop in Central Phx to simply save fuel. Driving trucks all over the Metro area was expensive. That year because we had a location I increased sale and productivity around 45%.

Has having a "storefront" increased sales or offset the overhead?

Yes mike the marketing company is mine as well ... And having a place of business has helped me out in more ways than i think are measurable. People now see that we are serious and not just another home based business, they also see stability in my company and realize i'm not going any where we picked up 3 walk in jobs and also on the marketing side i have to have a place for customers to come and meet with me ... the office was a must!

There are a lot of guys on these boards who work out of their homes. Many of which eclipse your business.

One of our friends runs a home based business and makes millions. He has a 28 cars none of them are Toyotas. -- A landscaping contractor we know runs his business out of his house. He has 38 crews and bills over 9 million per year. All his equipment goes home with the crews. All his maintenance is done in the field by a dedicated maintenance truck while the crews work. His company has been featured in many magazines.

We have run our biz out of my home which has an Office in it for almost 17yrs, and we have made lot's of money from there. We are Residential & Commercial and never needed to have a separate office, Our equipment is kept at our storage unit, but if I could keep it at my house I would. Good point Tony !!
