Here's another tip,
Need wedges to hold the plastic up?? Use wooden window shims they come 25 to pack for $2.09 (home depot) and when they get wet the swell up and hold even better. Plus if they come loose and go behind the frier that has 3 months of dead fries and wings that missed the basket it's not a great loss.
If the gap is big you and double to triple them to take up space as well

I use the wedges too!! The boys at Driploc sent them with my hinge order...I lost 2 scrapers already I am buying more wood shims!!!!

Any thing works behind the plastic. I even used togo containers. Hey Jason, you know the chain thing? How about a smudge test for unruley customers. This was worth the 1900.00 I paid for in school.

So does Sunny Delight. I use vinegar in a spray bottle, reminds me of Grandmas house at pickling time.

yes vinegar neutralizes. It's the acid in it actually...Coke has bunches of acid and smells better and is handy at just about all of our jobs I never get a coke from the restaurant unless they offer it or said it's ok, but in an emergency I would

i understand it nuetralizs i was curious if that's the method he was using...as oppose a citrus rince. Second would smell better.
