Where do I start with this one????

This is one of the worst ones I have seen in a long time.

It is a hotel - has 2 long laterals with very limited access - I could not even get to any of the access doors in the ceiling.

They have built a wooden shed on the roof to hide the noise the fans make and have added discharges made of plywood.

Chris....just sell them a sticker, slap it on the hood and call it good

I am negotiating right now with David Copperfield's mgmt about getting him to show up and make all that grease disappear.

That is BAD.. You would think they would go after the old company to clean that up. I am in the middle of a situation like that right now, we cleaned a country club and the roof needed several thousand dollars of roof work for damage from grease. The old company said the fans were inacessable so never cleaned them or the ducts. When the grease finally drained on the roof it messed alot of things up. They told the old company the new company (us) was cleaning it up and are sueing them for the roof damage.
