Whats the best vacuum hose?

What's your vac system? We sell a lot of the Sirocco Vac hose as it is a 2' rigid hose that hold up well and is rather light-weight. Many stay with the same hose as the system they have, though I have many who use the Sirocco hose with other vacs. I'm not fimiliar with all the brands that may be out there, but doknow this hose is a good choice. If I can be of any assistance, please let me know.

Tracy, I'm just making it. For now its going to be 300-350 cfm / 100" lift and I would like to go 200' if possible. I'm wondering how hose holds up to being dragged constantly on cement between softer compound or harder, lighter or heavier or a hose with that wear-spiral around it and cost vs durability. Just looking for some real world experience. Thanks

I use the one that Steel Eagle sells. It is crush-proof and light weight and can take high temperatures.
I was using around 180 to maybe 200 degree heat and it held up great, no melting or warping at all.
Some of the hose out there will crush or can't take the heat. Make sure that you make sure of what you need when you order.

Thats a shame, everyone should make these events and support the industry. Well i missed Arizona also but M/B and FL were a great time.

Check with Industrialairsolutions.com as they are distributors for all the brands.
I have the budget stuff from them and it works great. Hasn't worn hardly at all after dragging around job-sites for a year and a half. The spiral wound stuff I tried previously would compress like the spring it is under vacuum, plus it would have too many valleys for water to collect in. I also think the cam-lock hoses aren't needed. While under vacuum, I have never had a slip joint or cuff ended hose come loose.
