Keep guessing. Again, I will not give this pricing out in fear of lowering the pricing in our market. This was more for a charity application than a business one. Sorta when I do a church or a DMV for the demo at the Las Vegas Roundtable. If they want their parking garage cleaned again, with the same type of tediuos work on those pipes, it would be closer to the 40+ range.

Jim's been hanging around Ron too much and has revamped his pricing down to .01 per square foot and is now doing garages every 15 days. :p
 
Guys, we are going to be starting our next garage in a week. Have to finalize the walk thru. This one is under a 5 year contract which we took out when we were only charging around 17 cents or so. I said around. Not fair guessing. It is about 350 to 400,000 sq ft. EPA has been very active out here citing many corporations thousands of dollars. It is a good opportunity to make some money if you are compliant.

I got two bills today. $710 for chemicals and $600 for gas. :(

Damn being busy making money does have it's down sides.

Try spending $11,786 in cost of doing business just this week. That pays for the sub contractor and fuel only.

All of our equipment is paid for including trucks. But this is why we have to charge what we do. The man power here in California, plus the certs, plus the insurance, both truck, business and comp is out of control. These can be twice as high as what other states insurance agencies charge.

It's simple NOT fair. Our health insurance is also about 1,000 a month, and that dose not include our children. It's going up 15% in three months.

We pay almost 26k in insurance fees a year. $26,ooo a year and it is going up. When is it going to stop?

If you think about it, moving to Montana would be lower price for everything, just a long drive to go to work but you could fly out there to see and measure the jobs and rent a travel trailer if you do not have one.

It could be like a caravan or circus. hahahahaha

You would save the higher income tax, higher insurance and other associated expenses with running your business.

I am sure that is why some other companies do things similar, go work in other areas when needed, just do not live there and pay those higher fees.

Dont worry Obama is going to take care of ya.....just give him alittle time....right now he is still moving his Mother in law into the white house and having his 2 month long decision of which dog to select for his daughters groomed......you are next....... I am sure of it!

I got 2 in today! One was 1200.00 and the other was 250.00 !!!!!!! I am rich!


I am checking the mail box daily for 2 checks that are due from jobs back in March.....getting ready to go bust some windows to get somebodies attention!!!
