Water Fed Poles are reducing Time According to Professional Window Cleaner Speaker

I find the same thing he mentioned Rob - people are more safety conscious. I even had a guy who wanted me to sign a waiver stating I would use ladders on his property. The WFP sold the job and I had a customer for life at my normal pricing.

WFP work is a nice add on for pressure washing a home. You can easily sell the full exterior and tack on a couple hundred. It works out to run about $100 to $150 an hour for exterior only. What hurts time is often screens and interior cleaning. We are primarily a window cleaning company so it has been a great tool for us both on homes and commercial multi story properties. There really isn't any reason a pressure washer guy can't make decent money doing windows. We find it works best running single man crews when doing homes and pw.

Just looked at a job today that is a retirement community w/ over 2000 exterior panes and a lot of 3 story work. No way I'd even think about bidding it w/out a wfp and pure water system in my arsenal.
