Hey Matt. Are you using a hose reel with your chem cart? I am definitely hooking up my pump. I did a paver patio that was a mess today. I used a pump up sprayer with 50/50 mix on it and left it while I cleaned the driveway. Came back and it was almost cleaned by itself! Just had to rinse some muck off...It was amazing.Looks good man.......... I added another supply hose reel to mine today.....6x10 tandem trailer....... .. four reels ..18 inch supply with 200feet, two 12 inch pressure reels with 250 feet on each and a new 12 inch supple with 100 feet of 3/4..... 4 gpm/13 hp belt and 8gpm/20HP belt.... 135 buffer tank with dual hudsons.....and two 35 gallon chem tanks...... oh yea...... my chem cart too....... its crammed...... I need 16 feet! but this one is maximized!

I hate lugging hose...... its not bad once its broken in.....( more flex )........... Id love to mount a reel high and on the front...... I saw a smaller metal cage pneumatic reel at harbor freight........ but it was at least 20 pounds....Still thinking of the hose reel thing for the cart......... for the trailer...... mount a hose reel... run it!!Yes going to be in the 30's here too.
I've got 5/8 hose, but I really don't want to have to lug that around, trying to set up a hose reel for mine and maybe mount it on the truck. How is the 1/2 hose, in terms of dragging it around and rolling it up?
Yea...... When I built it.... my shop was crammed.......then I got more space...... now I'm crammed again...... All of my reels are mounted in the air on the pass side ....( ladder rack built on to the trailer).... I still wish I would have gone bigger...... ( 10 foot tandemns are sooooo temperamental in reverse!! )Wow making that little trailer earn its keep!
CL, doesn't load/hookup.
This time it played. Great job CL! Lots of great eye candy to see. Going to watch it again.

CL definitely got stuff going on. I'd like to see what kind of rig he's got in two years.
Oops I was in the wrong thread! My bad CL. What are your plans for that chem pump, going to do some roofs or just have it around for when you need to go heavy on the mix? Looks great though
Thanks all!
Who knows!?!?
No roofs for right now, I would have to use the tank for chems & then be left with no water!
My next move is a 76"x12', ibc tote, 3rd reel (I have a cox 12"), then use the 125 as a chem tank. After that, either a 8.6/3500 or 10/3000 hot unit. After that, flat bed.
