Unloader Cycling in Bypass

I have a pulsar 280 that is cycling like crazy in bypass. 4gpm 4000 psi. I hit the search button but can only find info when they cycle normally. I have no pressure loss when using normally, runs fine with the gun wide open. I checked all connections, changed water filters, bypass hose, retaped/sealed everything etc etc. Ran it without hose... ran direct with hose from faucet... truly stumped.
Any help sincerely appreciated!!!

Is there a leak in teh hose, or at an orange somewhere? It does not take a lot of water loss to make the unloader cycle.

Yes he did any leak will cause it to cycle.

Your gun

Check/change your gun. often they are the problem.

Thanks for the responses. I have ran it without any hose of gun on with the same problems so I've isolated it to the input side. Will replumb in the morning and see what's up.
