Has any one have came across cleaning tile roofs that looks like paver. The tile that am trying to clean are very dirt and look black but they are green tile. I have tried 50/50 mix and not real working good. I need to cut my cleaning time
down. what would be a good mix ratio and what to use that will help me out

Most of the tile roofs I clean always take a few coats of 50/50 to get them perfect. That's just the way it is. Also, Kory made a good point about where you are getting your chem at. They could be weaker if not from a major retailer.

west palm beach got my form a pool store they siad they got there tanks filled up a day ago and said it was 75%

i was thinking since it like paver that i might have to use a different mix ratio is paver like tile harder to clean

they look like paver that unlock with each other yes there flat like paver not sure the name they call them when I vist tile roof site it shows pics of of

When you say like pavers I assume its flat. Is that correct?

Kory, I talked to Marc on Saturday, it sounds like it's those grey concrete square/flat kind. You know the kind that some are very porous and some are very smooth. If i remember correctly he is DSing or Xjetting using a 4 gpm machine, (no roof pump)2 story roof and also has a 4 story section to do. Using Pinch a Penny Pool Chlorine. I told him I thought his mix was getting diluted to much for that type of surface but I could be wrong.

Hope I am not out of line here, but just wanted to give you some more info so you could better help him and MArc correct me if I am wrong on any of the info above.

That would definitely be why his mix isn't touching it. He needs a dedicated Roof Pump.

This thread was under "Commercial flat work cleaning"...I moved it to "Roof Cleaning 260".

mix

so if I use a pump just for my chemicals what mix should i use and what should i use with it

I did a 3 story hotel roof like that but they were grey tiles and used a SC. I had to keep the price down and time was an issue.
