Throttling down to lower gpm and to increase Chem draw.

Hi 3 questions/ideas .

#1
Since lower gpm pulls more Chem thru the injector would it work to whrottle down and increase the Chem ratio ?

#2 throttle down to lower the gpm output so you can work a little longer/your buffer tanks lats a little longer - say you have a 8gpm machine can/when you throttle down the pump will put out less gpm accordingly 7gpm 6gpm 5gpm ? This is obviously to a point b/c of hp of engine decline etc when throttling down so what would be the scenarios 8gpm machine down to 6gpm or lower ? And 5.5gpm machine down to 4gpm ?

Can you run 2 or more downstream chemical injectors in line to increase the ration ?

1. lowering gpms won't pull more chems, it the dilution rate is less due to less h20. Same difference. You want a stronger mix, use an x jet.
2. Why buy an 8 gpm machine if you don't want to use it. If you come across a spigot that won't produce, use a second feed line. OR you could use an injector bypass with a ball valve on your chem line. That will reduce the gpms. But might wreak havoc on your unloader. I use the orange unloader that don't mind being in bypass.
3. Downstreams work because of the pressure differential created by the orifice. Adding another orifice inline creates back pressure to the first one, shutting it off.

Thanks guys.

Guy Blackmon , I think it's your video I watched just today , excellent to say the least , definitely some of the best I have seen in any industry by small business .

2 Reason for all those questions are 1 that I can only carry 50 gallon buffer tank, seems though that most areas I service have around 8gpm from outside garden hose spigot supply but some like my own darn house 5gpm lol hence asking if sometimes I can throttle down to make it work by using less water...
Number 2 is that I see the 8gpm units dilute quite a bit and the 20% injectors are far from reality especially 8gpm+ machines.
What ratios do you guys get with the 5.5gpm and 8gpm machines , with the 4gpm one I have I got 9-1 water to mix ratio.
This setup will go on the 5'7" bed and small hitch cargo carrier on a 2015f 150, though I also need room for the roof pump kit I just got from pressure tek and some other stuff ...

All I am looking to is residential house washing- mainly vinyl and paver patios so just trying to decide 5.5gpm vs 8gpm machine , the 5.5 I understand better stronger mix and 8gpm much faster rinse speed but problematic Chem injection .
I figure the 8gpm would make cleaning paver patios stupid fast with the whisper wash classic 20" with 4 jets.

And of course there is the issue of what pressure pro or water dragon. My understanding is that pressure tek and powerwash store have good customer service, any advice on each source. ..? so far only ordered from Bob at pressure tek and it was a good experience as he replied to emails quickly and from what I hear he is just as fast and good with customer service.

I haven't done any business with the Power Wash store yet however, Bob at Pressure Tek is Absolutely outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fast email returns, Fast shipping, No questions asked replacement parts.............

Simply get a smaller orifice injector. That will achieve your objective. I am using a 2.1 orifice injector( 3-5 gpm) and get a lot of soap with a 10 gpm machinel
