that bone should not be standing up. i tore the ligiments that hold the clavicle bone together. the trapiziod and conoid ligiments

Can you still hold a wand in the other hand?

Get better soon!

yeah it was worth it. i love to ride. i was jumping over a 30 foot gap and i left off the gas, when you let off the gas on a bike the back end will buck you like a bull. i completly did half a front flip and landed on my head and shoulder. i will be back up and running in a few weeks. and yes i could still hold the wand. most of the time i use a surface cleaner so i am good to go. i guess thats why God gave us 2 hands. lol. thanks guys.

How is the clavicle now Eric??

I have broken mine in the past (mountainbiking).
Took me over a month b4 I could even think about going back to work.

That was a pretty rough time.
At first I could not drive, could not climb ladders, pull filters or even work on the computer.

Good thing I have a good boss:D that was willing to come out with me on my appointments, drive the truck for me, pull the filters climb on the roof etc...

I remember getting out of the truck at this place in Santa Monica and instructing you to just let me do all the talking and you would pretend to me my "helper".

I think during that time you either realized how valuable I was to the company and how truely hard my hob really is OR realized how easy my days are and how little I really do.

Eric,
That truly was an unlucky 'break' (no pun). Also Chris. For 5 or 6 years I 'wrenched' for my son who climbed from amateur to pro m/x with a Team Green sponsorship. We saw (and experienced) minor and very serious injury virtually every week. Usually a collarbone break is considered minor, and it was not unusual to see the guy trussed up in time to ride the second moto. The ligament tearing is far more serious. Hope you heal soon, but it takes time. Don't see how one could do powerwashing and m/x at the same time given the certainty of injury in this most dangerous of all sports.

yeah still alive but very busy. This sunday I will be racing a 6 hour motocross race at glen helen. This is one of my favorite races great times. I've learned my lesson, I am so busy right now(thank God) I can't afford to get hurt. I am washing 12 buildings with about 100,000 - 200,000 sqft. 2 machines are running for about 6-8 hours a day, plus my regular accts. I don't think I could have been where I am at if it wasn't for this board. You guys are great and give great advice.

How 'Bout Ya, Pivster?

Are you still ridin' and washin'? Either or? Niether nor?

Just was wondering if he's still in the biz.
