I have the opportunity to bid Alabama Adventure a theme park here in Birmingham and wanted to know if any of you have ever bid or contracted with an amusement park before. They are interested in a semi annual contract for all the concrete, buildings, and vent a hoods. Basically a once over. They also have a water park that is part of the contract. I have very good contacts and served with them on the YMCA board of directors, so I feel like I have a great opportunity, but I am not sure where to start in bidding a job this size. Any thoughts would be appreciated?
