The Surface Edger

Here is a link to the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SUv_L48LZbg

That video turned out good Bob.

It shows what it can do, shows how easy it is to use and shows that it is built durable, things that contractors will look for in tools.

Great video Bob and great idea.

If you don't mind me asking Bob, how's business so far since you have introduced this product to the general public?

I saw your advertisment here in Houston, and thought it looked great.

Best of luck!!!

Thanks Adrian,
Slowly but surely.
Being a new product takes a while but for the most part people really like it.
We will see, you never know until you give something your best shot.
Good luck and thanks for the encouragement.
Best,
Bob Hogan

I fail to see the need or the market for such an idea. A surface cleaner does the exact same thing. Why spend the extra time/labor to "cut in" the edges ???

That thing makes a mess. Run your surface cleaner to the edge of the concrete and be done with it. I have never seen anyone cut in the edges with a wand.

Hi Jim,
There isn't much of a use for the surface edger in Phoenix.
It was designed to clean hardscape next to grass with a thick built up turff, flower beds, mulch etc.
Ron Musgrave found a good use for it in Arizona. He had a tremendous amount of curb to clean with 3/4 minus gravel next to the curb. He has always had trouble with the gravel blowing all over. This is a hotel he dose 3 to 4 times a year.
He said the surface edger saved him a lot of time in this particular instance.
He mentions this near the end of my first thread, Not this thread.
Any ways, this is no effort to sell you on the tool.
PS, we surely agree on a particular motorcycle brand.
Best,
Bob Hogan

J.C. and Mike,
I would love to give out demos.
Honestly, being a new company I can't afford to.
Ron Musgrave has tested one out and really liked it.
A few others on PWI have bought one and really like it.
We have gotten positive reviews from other customers.
What I need to do now is bring in $ to make more of them.
I can see both of you have upscale companies and believe me I appreciate your interest.
I hope you understand,
Best regards
Bob Hogan

That makes sense, thanks Mike and good luck with your equipment. Didn't mean to put a negative spin on it.

I needed a good laugh Mike.
Sorry I didn't get it right away.
PS, I see you have 2 websites, one for PW and one for Landscape ( that's smart)
You can NEVER have enough sources of income now days.
Best,
Bob Hogan
