Sitting here this morning and reading a thread where Russ Johnson is helping someone with a burner issue, late into the night, and on Christmas Eve. (I was actually thinking the other day about making a trip to see Russ just to have him do a maintenance check over my rig)
Read a couple post's this weekend from Jerry at Sirroco that were excellent for new guy's getting into the business. (I am planning on attending your next was water control certification in February if you are having it)
I made 3 or 4 calls last week to Paul Kassander with questions I had and every time he picked up the phone and answered all my questions, and shipped out what I ordered that day. Course that's a normal weekly thing for he and I. Hoping to see you in March Paul.
AC Lockyear, thanks for all the info you freely share every time I call you or post on your site. Not just with me but others I know of too. People say you charge for everything and I have yet to receive a Bill.
And almost everyday you can see these same guy's AND OTHERS answering guy's post with equipment questions, cleaning questions, etc. and GIVING stuff away. Some even give stuff away they have never sold anything to.
