Tennis court cleaning

Check drainage, how black is it, spray with a little water will show how much worse it is , I've been able to use both bleach and a surface cleaner with hot water on a couple. One I could not use a surface cleaner.if there is bad drainage it might have black algea which is brutal.

NO DO NOT USE A SURFACE CLEANER ON A TENNIS COURT. Plain and simple unless you want to risk resurfacing their court. S/H and clean it with lowered pressure and heat if you have it.

Yes you can use a surface cleaner and SH. What you need to do is a test spot in the corner first. Some older/poor condition courts will surface peel so a test is important. 8 out of 10 times you will be all right. If your test blemishes it SH the heck out of it and wand it off which you will need to charge more for because it will take 4-5 hours to do it that way. I have actually found that hot water will peel it worse than cold especially if it is a truly rubberized surface. We do one or two of them a week, it's no big deal. Do a test and know how the surface is going to react Just like you would anything else that you are cleaning for the first time. They are great money makers for us because so many other people mess them up.

I take care of some multi million dollar properties . I've done many with a surface cleaner and some you can't because of which surface it has and the condition.

its funny when someone says absolutely don't use one when you have personally done many. You can get bigger tips For the surface cleaner which helps a lot.

If your having difficult with the surface it's time for it be redone. I have also seen bad redo's. I've seen the painted lines come right off and very old ones not affected ever.
