55 to 60 would be the minimum I would take , if it were me seeing as the tank prices are not too cheap I would go ahead and get at least a 100 gallon
You'll need around 35 (give or take 10 gals) gals of good mix for an average 1500sq ft roof. Get what you'll be comfortable with. I had a 100 gal tank and it was frustrating... After 2 roofs (1-3 days worth of work) I'd have reload and remix.
I wouldn't get smaller than a 100.
make sharp turns
50-70 gal mixes are enough for most roofs, try to go with the largest you can fit in there.

you sound like Russ
Dual 60gal tanks would benefit you also. This would allow you to carry 10.5 or 12.5% in one and gravity feed what you need to the other. We used a similar set-up in the past. Mount the bleach tank so that the bottom of it is at the 20gal mark of the mix tank, slightly elevated. I could show you some efficient plumbing configurations for that set-up.
