Strip Mall Help

I have a strip mall to clean. Part of it is cleaning the brick. They had some new concrete poured last year and there are some concrete splatters on the brick. What can I use to get those off?:moil:
Also the hardware store in the plaza use to put there pallets of lime, fertilizer, mulch and stuff against the brick walls and there looks to be some kind of discoloration or staining, nothing to sever. I'm thinking Safe Restore, any idea's?

Safe Restore works well as long as you follow the direction

Post some pictures so we can see what you are talking about, sometimes things can be 1 of several things when talked about but when you see them, then it can be narrowed down a lot.
