Stains on Stucco or Dryvit

I am having a tough time removing black weathered streaks from stucco, dryvit type walls. I can get some of it removed but it tales too long and I cannot get it as clean as I like. In addition to the standard SH and soap mix I have tried Lysol toilet bowl cleaner (works on most rust) and CLR. CLR removes some but not all. Any body have any suggestions on commercial cleaners that can take care of these stains quickly without lots of scrubbing?

Looks like you may have to step it up to an acid. CLR is acidic but homeowner weak. Try oxalic acid for rust stains.

Thanks, I also forgot to mention what looks like runoff from ceramic tile on the front porch over the same walls. Seems like it's from the tile grout. I don't have a pic. I will try to get one later.

Kemp, oxalic might move it but something you gotta remember when dealing with Dryvit is that some things won't come off and there's nothing you can do about it. If it's stained it has to be painted.
Don't make yourself crazy trying to magically fix the home owner's years of poor maintenance.

It all fits into my master plan. I already have a homeowner that wants me to do semi-annual house washes. I will sell maintenance cleanings to be done every six months and charge about half price of 1st cleaning. Something like the commercial guys and the greasers do. It can add up nicely in no time at all.:D
