Stains on house

I have a question about getting stains off houses. The type of stain is a black line, most of the time they are near lawn mower level (push mower handle) i have experienced these types of stainson vinyl and hard plank sding. I have not been succesful in removing them.


Also what types of house washes do you use. I use the recipe that comes with an x jet tip (2gallons bleach, 3gallons water, 3 squirts dishwashing liquid)

Instead of the dishwashing soap, I use Delco's R-109, about a cup of it, and a few generous squirts of "Pure Rinse" liquid Cascade. Spray on with xjet nozzle, which dillutes it 2 to 1.
