Just be careful, I had the sodium hydroxide fight back the other night and now I can barely walk with deep 2nd and 3rd degree burns I have to get a skin graft next week. What a bummer. http://picasaweb.google.com/cdposey26/Burn?authkey=Uj87T2VA_V8

If you wash the contact areas white white vinegar, you can avoid the burns and scars.

Why on earth do yall use this crap? cuz you mix your own chems? to save a buck? we did the drum kits from rowlett, and I got a little rash and was like hell no. sometimes you should find out which is more important your life or a buck saved.
Using all this "crap" is really more of a necessary evil in KEC, Potassium Hydroxide and/or Sodium Hydroxide are in all the chems that work. These chems are dangerous, if not handled properly. That is why we have so much invested into PPE; full-face respirators, rubber boots, chemical resistant clothing, etc. It is not about trying to save a buck, as these costs really add up!
The chemicals we use everyday can be dangerous, even the pressure washers we use everyday can be dangerous, but with a little precaution they are great tools and can be used safely.
