I usually make my yearly goals. My gross this year is lower than I anticipated, due to one contract not having the value it should have, but my net is up 20% which is sufficient to make me happy.

So my top reasons:

8. Mechanical abilities

5. Good employees
4. Regular accounts
3. Planning or foresight
2. Luck
1. An Ability to outwork anyone.

No not really, I have just learn you get what you pay for. I dont try to polish diamonds anymore, I buy them.
