Not hijacking the thread, but I thought I'd mention this with the title of the thread - Simple Green and a quick wipe works great for getting footprints off the front of a building (where people smoke and put their feet on the building)

Hey Tony, I had a job I do every month cleaning Texas Roadhouse Rest. Last night I was asked to clean the foot prints off the front of the building where customers had been waiting to get a table. I found Simple Green did work but I had to brush it pretty good before I could rinse it off. Where do you normally buy yours from? I am thinking about just buying some from Home Depot or Lowes. Take care Hugh

i like to experiment. i have used simple green often but that is because i have a friend that actually gives it to me. i believe if you buy it at lowes or home depot it is around 10 dollars a gallon. i used krud kutter on my last gutters and they came out great too. most of the time i use gutter zap because i can pick it up locally at northern tool. a note about simple green is that i removed paint once with it but it could have been the quality of gutters i was cleaning.

good luck,

rando

Bob recommends you mix your F-13 20 to 1.....the first time I used mine I mixed it 10 to 1....it did great......sold some to a buddy to try on his enclosed trailers (he sales them) He called me back and said that it is the "shit".....said simple green was working him to death....He too was going to purchase a 5 gal container from Bob.
