Duct Tape!!!

That is a fact. Duct Tape and Bungee Cords. Won't find a truck in FL without those two things in it!!!!
Hahaha! Thats too funny Spence. I must have about 200 of them. LOL...:D

Very creative with that little drainage tool!

I might rig one up to use on some jobs where the water is a problem but not enough for me to bring out the sludge pump. That thing works great but uses 1-1/4" hose and I have over 100' of it so I have some containers that I use to haul it with, just takes up a lot of room but it really works fast!

Here are a couple modifications that may suit some people. I drill a couple holes in the handle and make a grommet using black tape. Allows for keeping a couple extra nozzles on hand and easy to get to.

The other is obviously a little short gun, Just cut it down from a longer one. I like to use it for porch areas and any other closely confined areas.

I also use high pressure swivels on my trigger inlet. Really frees the hose up and takes away alot of strain.

also use a quick connect on the outlet to allow a wand to move freely and to allow for changing wands or surface cleaner.

great ideas Jeff,
I really like the nozzle holder on gun, do you have another pic of the gun without nozzles so we can see how you done it with the black tape?
Where did you get the high pressure swivel for the bottom of your gun?
thanks

Great ideas Jeff! Thanks.

I never thought of using he gun itself to hold the nozzles, that is very creative!

I have wanted a shorter dual lance but did not think of shortening it myself, I can do that!

Thanks.

Al, you can get those high pressure swivels from Bob over at PressureTek and Russ at Southside. I use the Brass ones and I get over 1.5 years out of them, very good investment.

No pictures Al,... but not much to it,...just drill a couple holes 3/8" (I think) and then wrap the black tape around the handle several times to create thickness and then just run the same bit back through the hole and through the black tape,....the tape layers will hold the nozzles in place. My handles are to thick to use regular store bought grommets.

Oil your ballvalve inside one side then flip it over and oil the other side then oil right where the handle attaches to the top of the handle. SILICONE spray is the best ive used 10-30- and 30w non-detergent if that was the only thing available .... DO NOT USE PB BLASTER OR WD 40 it will swell the o-rings.........

I never thought of lubricating the ball valve, I will need to give it a try.

Thanks.

Me either. Funny thing is, mine was feeling pretty stiff today. (OK. That didn't sound right.) I'm gonna give that a try. Oiling the ball valve that is! :D
