Service agreement ???

I was wondering if anyone had or knew where i could find a template for a bid sheet and service agreement ? Ive been using a homemade bid sheet and dont have a service agreement. I was wondering what kinds of details you guys covered in your fine print. I have a couple of commercial bid requests to turn in in the next week or two and want to make sure i present my company in a proffesional manner. Hopefully these will be my first commercial accounts. Thanks for any advice.
