Scheduling

How do some of you schedule your jobs. Meaning if you have

1 weekly account
30 15 day service accounts
27 30 day service accounts
and other odd and end jobs here and there

how do you go about scheduling this? Generally we have most of these accounts set in stone on the days we wash (all flatwork) however I would like to be a little more efficient with time and fuel.

Do you wash all 18 stores that are alike without mixing in gas stations and other misc. restaurants or do you mix everything up together and do them by each section of town they are on?

Personally i can see a benefit in each side. If your working 18 Mcdonalds and they are exactly alike for the most part and you have 2 rigs running, then you know exactly what your role is in cleaning that store and your getting into a rhythm with the other employee allowing these stores to be clean in 35-45 minutes where as if you wash 2 mcdonalds, 3 gas stations, and 2 misc. restaurants, and 75 cars there is no rhythm and it takes a few minutes extra at each stop to get your bearings and everything in order sorting out who will do what.

Whats everyone's perspective on this, how do you go about scheduling your service visits?
