Its the norm around here, and some may still have contractors give them a professional heavy cleaning during the year.

My family member manages a national brand coffee store and they have budgeted to buy their own (cold) machine for 2010. I have know a shift manager so eager to please or afraid of loosing points on inspection that they rented machines out of pocket.
